This workshop introduces you to working with data in OpenRefine. OpenRefine is a powerful took for exploring and cleaning data - from tabular data in spreadsheets and CSV files to more hierarchical formats like XML or JSON. Participants will learn the basics of using OpenRefine to explore their data using facets and filtering and how to easily clean large datasets using OpenRefine's Regular Expressions Language (GREL).
