This workshop will briefly introduce users to Zotero, a citation management tool, including ways to use the tool throughout the research process, such as for organizing sources and taking notes in addition to using it to quickly and easily generate citations. In addition to Zotero, we will cover ZotFile, an extension that allows users to save their PDFs in their own cloud storage (circumventing Zotero's file storage limit) and to extract annotations from PDFs. 

Please download Zotero and the Zotero Connector for your browser before the workshop. We'll download and install ZotFile together during the workshop for anyone who wants to use it. However, if you'd like to use this solution for storing your PDFs in cloud storage, please download an appropriate cloud storage software to your desktop (you'll need a folder location), such as Google Drive or Box Drive.
