With the rise of social media, network analysis has emerged as an important method of analyzing relationships in social as well as other types of groups. This workshop provides an overview of the open-source network analysis software, Gephi.  We will use a datasample from Facebook to explore the main concepts and functionality--combining analysis and visualization.  Workshop participants will be reminded to download and install Gephi on their PC or Mac laptops prior to the workshop--so that we can dedicate our time to learning the software. 

No previous experience is necessary. Workshop will take place over Zoom.
