Media Lab Study Rooms
The Media Lab is located in the second floor of Powell Library in Room 270. This is a quiet study space for UCLA students, staff, and faculty. When you arrive, please check in with the front desk before accessing your reserved study room.
To book a group study room, click on the green square to select your meeting start time then use the drop-down menu to select your end time. Then click "Submit Times". You will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it within a few minutes of submitting your booking, check your spam or junk folder. If you need to cancel your booking, click on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Media Lab Study Room Policies
A user with a valid BruinCard for Library services (current undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff):
- can make a reservation with their @ucla.edu email address
- can reserve a study room up to 2 hours at a time.
- can reserve a study room up to 7 days in advance
- can reserve up to 3 bookings a week or 4 hours per week, whatever comes first
Please check-in with front desk staff upon arrival.
